I am Delbeau Toussaint, Licensed Security Officer Classes D, G, and WC from State of Florida. I experienced armed/unarmed security services for twenty-three years in this state. I was graduated from Broward College in Criminal Justice.
Also, I am a Veteran of the anterior Haitian Army - Radio Communication Unit. Received a Pre-licensed certificate as Accredited Claims Adjuster from Broward College in 2012, Received a Pre-licensed certificate as Real Estate Sales Associate Agent from Broward College in 2011, Obtained a Diploma as Veterinary Assistant from Stratford Career Institute, New York in 2011, Received a post training certificate on small Ruminant's Popularization and Poultry Culture from International Center of Cooperation for the Agricultural Development (CINADCO) in Kibboutz Shefayim, State of Israel in 1995, Completed the training on the Goat Health and Production Improvement at Winrock International, Hinche Haiti in 1987, Obtained the Diploma of Technician in Production and Animal Health from School of Veterinary Nurses appended to the Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine, Damien, Port-Au-Prince, Haiti in 1986. I am also current student in International Relations at Florida International University FIU.
